Goals and strategy

The strategy and long-term plan of the Negin-Tabas company are aimed at increasing the capacity of mining as well as participation in other extractive projects.

The company's strategy for exploitation and production in mines 2 and 3 is generally as follows:

• To maintain and increase the company's capacity and production via the existing mines

• To increase productivity and efficiency of mining operations

• To sell services to the companies inside and outside of the group

• To develop and increase production and extraction capacity by new mines

• Participation in the extraction and sale of coal to increase production
